I started Portland Outsource because I wanted to get my life back. I realized I could not scale a business without affordable help.
During my eight years working in Asia, I cultivated meaningful relationships and recognized the potential of collaborating with talented professionals in the region who can help small businesses optimize resources and grow.
As the owner and CEO of Portland Outsource, I am dedicated to building this company one strategic step at a time. Drawing on my extensive corporate experience with firms such as Nike, Cleveland Clinic, Cardinal Health, having successfully launched three startups in Asia, and completing an MBA and MS in Entrepreneurship from Indiana University, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
Dr Edwin Samson, Portland Outsource Chief People Officer, and I have known each other for more than a decade. He leverages the skills and tools he learned in the USA Marine Corp and throughout his decade and a half building ventures in the Philippines to oversee our remote staff operations in the Philippines and develop a world class Portland Outsource team.
